Your own offshore development center. Without your own entity in Vietnam.
Fully managed, 100% yours. We recruit, employ and support a senior engineering team on a dedicated floor in Ho Chi Minh City - working only on your product, under your technical direction.

Trusted by engineering teams across 15+ countries - from startups to Fortune 500.
Offshore has a bad reputation.
The location was never the problem.
The model is. Six failure modes we hear on almost every first call - and the six a dedicated center exists to remove.
Engineers split across five clients: yours gets 15% of their attention, regardless of what the contract says.
Stand-ups where nobody can explain what was actually done, or what is blocking progress.
Timezone gaps that turn a two-hour clarification into a two-day delay and a week of rework.
The engineer you spent three months onboarding leaves, and the vendor sends a replacement who has never seen your codebase.
Sprints that close green on the metrics, and code that fails review - or quietly never got reviewed at all.
Ten hours a week of your senior engineers managing the vendor. Exactly what you were trying to avoid.
What an offshore development center actually is.
And what it is not.
Want your own engineering centre in Vietnam?
A branded team on a dedicated floor
A team of AI-native senior engineers based in Vietnam, working exclusively on your product. Not shared across other clients. Not rotated out when a higher-paying project comes in.
We recruit, vet, onboard and manage them day to day, with your onboarding and your culture - operated by us on your behalf. You keep full technical direction and direct access to every engineer on the team. All the leverage of a captive centre without incorporating an entity in Vietnam.
Proof, not promises.
Ten years of delivery, condensed into four numbers we are happy to have audited.
Four reasons teams pick us.
And one reason they stay.
Pick a reason to see what it actually looks like.
Nobody joins your team without your yes, and a no costs you nothing.
An engagement manager handles HR and team health, not your technical direction.
Agreed before anything ships, not negotiated after the first incident.
Four stages, plus your own interview. 92% are still on the same team a year later.
Three ways to add engineers.
Here is the honest comparison.
| Criterion | InApps | In-house | Other vendors |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | 60–70% lower than US/EU rates | Full salary plus overhead | Variable, often hidden fees |
| Speed | Team ready in 4–6 weeks | 3–6 months recruiting | 2–8 weeks, bench-heavy |
| Quality | Top 1% vetted engineers | Varies by market | Mixed quality assurance |
| Communication | B2+ English, async-friendly | Native, co-located | Often challenging |
| Flexibility | Scale up or down on 30 days' notice | Rigid headcount | Limited flexibility |
Everything in one engagement.
People, place, process.

Operations
A delivery cadence you can plan around, and a team that scales with the roadmap.

Results, with names attached.
Not a rounded-up industry average.
Results, by engagement model.
Starting with the center.

Prudential · ODC Model
Insurance operations platform
Prudential needed engineering scale across multiple markets, but could not absorb the overhead of local recruitment in a regulated environment. We built a compliant, multi-squad offshore engineering center for one of South-East Asia's largest insurance groups - faster product delivery without the cost and risk of direct hiring.

Two Raw Sisters · Dedicated Team
Food & wellness app takeover
TRS needed the broken app fixed. Their previous team had left unresolved critical bugs and an active user base already hitting failures. We took over a critically underperforming food and wellness app from a failed vendor and rebuilt it into a scalable ongoing product.

Citizen Debt Services · Staff Augmentation
AI-integrated fintech platform
CDS needed senior talent fast, with English fluency and AI capability to contribute from week one. We reinforced a Vietnam-based team with AI-native offshore engineers on full timezone overlap, closing skill gaps without slowing an active development roadmap.

Artixo · Fixed-Price Model
AI drawing tutorial app
Artixo needed a vendor who could own the full scope without scope creep or budget surprises. We designed and delivered a custom AI-powered drawing tutorial app for proprietary Android tablets.

Worth having the call.
Or worth a no, early.
A dedicated center is the wrong shape for plenty of good projects. Here is where it works and where we will point you somewhere else.
This works well if
- You need a team of three or more engineers working full-time, exclusively on your product.
- You want to reduce hiring cost without adding management work.
- You need a long-term team, not a three-month contractor pool.
This is not a fit if
- You need fewer than three engineers. Staff Augmentation is the cheaper answer and we will say so.
- You need someone shipping next week. Standing up a center takes four to six.
- You have a fixed scope and want it handed back finished. That is our fixed-price model, not this one.
Answered without
the hedging.
Still deciding?
Send us the roles you cannot fill locally and we will tell you honestly whether a dedicated center is the right shape for them - including when it is not.
