How do I contact InApps Technology?

There are three routes and they all reach the same team. Email sales@inapps.net, call +84 838 030 816, or send a project brief from the form on this page. The company is headquartered at 110, Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and the office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 ICT, which is UTC+7. There are two further offices, in London and in Brisbane, and both are commercial rather than technical. One telephone number covers all three and is answered in Ho Chi Minh City.

What happens after I send a brief?

Somebody who can answer the technical question reads it, not a coordinator who forwards it. You get back three things: whether we are the right firm for this piece of work, which roles it actually needs, and roughly how long the first useful thing takes. If the honest answer is that you should hire locally, or that another firm fits this better, we say that instead. Nothing is quoted before we understand the shape, because a number produced from a form is a guess with a currency symbol on it.

What time zone are you in, and when can we actually talk?

Ho Chi Minh City is UTC+7. Australia is the easy one: a team here overlaps an Australian one for most of the working day. Europe gets an afternoon overlap, and teams working with European clients shift their hours to widen it. North America is a genuine handover rather than an overlap, and the honest way to run it is asynchronous, with written updates and a short window of live time rather than a pretence of full coverage. Will you sign an NDA before we share anything?

Yes, and before any access rather than before any work. Send yours and we will sign it, or ask for ours. When a conversation reaches the point of looking at a codebase or a cloud account, the order is NDA first, then read-only credentials, then anything wider. The intellectual property in what we build is assigned to you in full, and that is in the contract rather than in a reassurance on a web page. You do not need to send anything confidential to get a useful first reply, so do not feel obliged to.

Which of the three offices should I contact?

This one, whichever country you are in. Every engineer who would touch your code sits in the Ho Chi Minh City office, on company-controlled infrastructure, so that is where a technical question gets answered rather than relayed. The London and Brisbane offices are commercial and account-facing, and both will route a technical question here. That is worth stating plainly, because a lot of firms let a London address imply a London delivery team.
